Selecting Physicians
 
In order to maintain the high quality standards that are expected of Bosley, Dr. Bosley is personally involved in selecting each of the physicians he adds to his teem.  Although a vast number of physicians contact Bosley every year in regard to employment, only a very few are offered positions.  After being hired as a part of the Bosley team, Dr. Bosley personal participates in training these doctors in the proper hair transplantation procedures.

A Management Team of Excellence
 
Since 2001, John R. Ohanesian has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bosley.  After joining the management team in 1990 as the President and Chief Operating Officer, he has quickly established himself as a leader in the surgical hair restoration field.  In fact, he has personally overseen the expansion of Bosley from just eight to 90 offices and from 68 to 600 employees in the short time he has been with the organization.  One of the most recent offices to be opened under Ohanesian’s direction was in Tokyo in 2004.
